- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Exclusions: Certain items such as undergarments, accessories, or custom-made outfits may not be eligible for return. Please check product-specific guidelines before purchasing.
- Damaged or Defective Items: In case of a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
Return Process:

- Return Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions for shipping the item back. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the above conditions. Once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.
- Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
